JAMMU, Aug 30: Jammu Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Worker Welfare Association Jammu Province Stage 3rd one day Protest Dharna and strike at Deputy CMO office Jammu and highlighted the just burning demands.
The Dharna was stage in every district in the province and showed their unity and continues the protest till the permanent solution of salary Head 2211, and others demands highlighted in every charter of demands and press conferences.
The JK female multipurpose Health workers welfare association of Jammu District protest strongly, and locked Dy. Chief Medical Officer Jammu Dr. M.Y Khan and Dr. L.D Bhagat Astt Director Family Welfare in the chamber of Dy. Chief Medical Officer, Jammu accordingly.
At the end the associations highlighted the demands viz. delinking the CSS Salary from the funding sources (Corpus-delinking) and release the pending salary since March 2018, Job functions of FMPHWs must be fixed at par other working categories of Health Sector, Up gradation for the post of FMPHW on the analogy of Pharmacist, Lab. Tech. X-Ray Tech, Dental Tech. and Ophth. Tech, Creation of post of LHVs in New PHCs, Seniority list of FMPHWs be published in the Official website of the Health Department for bringing transparency in promotions, 50% quota to be allotted in favour of trained LHVs at par with MMPHSs promoted as Health Educators and others.
