Mohan Choudhary holds workers meeting at Suchetgarh
9/1/2018 8:46:41 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 1: Senior Congress leader Mohan Choudhary conducted monthly workers meeting today at Suchetgarh.
While addressing the workers he welcomed the decision taken by the Governor to hold Panchayat and Municipal Elections in October-November this year. He said that in absence of elected Govt in state, these Panchayat and Municipal elections will give relief to the democratic setup of the state. He asked the workers to elect the honest and dedicated leaders supported by Congress Party in these elections.
While criticising the anti people policies of previous PDP BJP alliance, Mohan Choudhary said that the promises of PDP and BJP have proved to be mere bluffs and people are fed up with the policies and sheer opportunism of two parties.
He said that the two parties took a complete U-turn on their respective promises to the people made during elections, as a result the people feel betrayed and cheated. The people want to teach both the parties, a lesson, for having taken their sentiments and emotions for a ride, in order to enter the corridors of power. He said that Congress will emerge winner in coming elections as Congress is the only party which has strong hold in all the three regions of the state.
He also congratulated the workers on the win of Congress Party in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil (LAHDC) elections. Others who spoke on the occasion were Capt. Roop Lal, S. Bhupinder Singh, Madan Lal Sharma, Jail Singh Panch, Gharu Ram Panch, Sukhdev Ch. Panch, Sub. Bachan Lal Panch, Mela Singh Panch, Kuldeep Raj Bhagat, Narinder Sharma, Ch. Farid Mohd., Ch. Ali Mohammed, Ch. Lal Hussain and others.
