| SAD expels secy for anti-party activities | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 8: A meeting of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Jammu & Kashmir was held under the chairmanship of its president Dharbinder Singh. In the meeting it was unanimously decided to expel Aya Singh, ex-Sarpanch of Gadi Garh and secretary SAD with immediate effect from the party and basic membership of the party for anti-party working and also joining hands with anti-Sikh forces.
The president said that the party was framed in the state for the welfare of the Sikh Community. But Aya Singh is found in working against the party candidates contesting in the Municipal Corporation in Jammu. The president in the meeting said the in discipline in the party cannot be tolerated at any cost. It was therefore decided that the strict action against is taken for working against anti-party activities has been taken to maintain the discipline in the party. |
