ULB poll results declared for Ganderbal Municipality; BJP, Congress won two wards each

>>> The results of the Urban Local Body polls for the 17 wards of Municipal Committee, Ganderbal have been declared where the contestants of BJP and Congress parties registered win over two wards each, while as 13 wards went to independent candidates.

The overall results are as under:

Ward 01(Contested):

Saima Ahad (Indp) = 21 votes
Saima Mushtaq = 13 votes
Nusrat Jabeen = 15 votes

Ward 2 (Contested):

Abdul Rashid Rather = 19 votes
Bashir Ahmad = 09 votes

Ward 03 (Contested):

Jeelani Mir (BJP) = 39 votes
Peer Asrar = 04 votes
Khurshid Lone = 05 votes

Ward 04 (Contested):
