SAMBA, Nov 10: Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana organizes a One day capacity building programme on remodeled Assessment.
Under the aegis of CBSE, Rich Harvest School Bari Brahmana organized a capacity building programme on Remodelled Assessment. The programme started with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the distinguished guests to seek the blessings of Godess Saraswati for the well being of all assembled.
The Principal Anita Bhatia accorded a warm welcome to the resource person Rashmi Ahluwalia Principal of Montessori Cambridge School, Pathankot. It would be pertinent to mention that Rashmi Ahluwalia is a proud winner of the prestigious National award for 2017. She has been nominated as a resource person by the CBSE.
She started the day's proceedings with a captivating ice breaker to put the participants at ease. She explained the two strands of scholastic assessment, while involving the audience through activities.
She described the grading system in the co-scholastic domain. She elaborated the four strands of HPE and the importance of implementing the same in the school curriculum. She discussed in detail the parameters for awarding an appropriate grade to the student.
