| ESRM stages nukkad "Nasha Ek Abhishap" | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 19: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented its 326th Monday Theatre with Vijay Malla's new progressive nukkad "Nasha Ek Abhishap" here today at Comrade Dhanvantri Park.
The play depicted the story of one Behari Lal, who was an educated person but an alcoholic. He behaves in a rough manner with everybody.
Behari Lal lose his temper and misbehave with his wife and other family members which has become his daily routine. He has created havoc for his family and his neighbourers.
Behari Lal under the influence of liquor beats and threatens his wife, who is tolerating it.
A time comes that Behari Lal crossed all his limits which forced his wife to take help of other members of the society.
One day under influence of liquor Behari Lal was spotted by few students who help him to reach his home.
On reaching home his wife cries for help from neighbours who are shocked to see inebriated condition of Behari Lal.
After sometime, he comes to senses. He is told by people around that he should immediately mend his habits which have made hell for his family. He should be ashamed of his acts.
Locality members threaten Behari Lal that in case he will not change his habits and behavior we will disown and boycott him and his family.
Behari Lal realizes his mistake and takes oath that he will not drink from today. |
