Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 20: All India Backward Classes Union held a meeting at village Kirpind and alleged that past respective Govts in the state looted the State OSCs and did not implement Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Report in the State inspite of PM Modi's made promises in 2014 Lok Sabha elections. BJP supported Govt. in J&K State contrary to PM Modi's promise passed two reservation bills for those people who are already siphoning 80% of the State's jobs. One bill was of 3% Pahari reservation and 6% to the upper castes on the name of unreserved caliginous. It was brought into the knowledge of the State Other Social Castes in J&K State that "Neither the Desh Constitution; nor the State Constables" is implemented and all Pol. Parties are against the due share of the OBCs who are called OSCs. The pattern of appointments of Advisors to the Governors also reveal the same which is a step to quiet the voice of the deprived people by way of converting the JK State into a Community Sabha which includes advisors; Chief Secretary and interlocutor from one shaded section of the society in JK State which is otherwise a pluralistic state regarding religion, castes, creed and colours.
