While addressing the newly elected Panchs and Sarpanches,
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that people wanted change and an end to the wait of their long pending development related issues adding that it will be possible to a larger extent with the election of new Panchs and Sarpanchs as they will be easily accessible to the general public of far flung rural areas.
He exhorted upon elected Sarpanchs and Panchs to work hard for the development of their respective areas and make themselves easily available to the people and discuss the developmental and basic amenities issues with them for speedy and well planned works.
Jugal Kishore lambasted the erstwhile BJP MLA for his attitude towards the basic problems of the people particularly Moungri Block. During BJP regime the discrimination with Jammu region crossed all limits whether it may be recruitment or disbursement of developmental funds.
