JAMMU, Dec 13: KC Sports Club registered win against the Samar Cricket Club and entered in Semi final stage in the 6th Christmas T20 Cricket Championship being played at Parade Ground Jammu under the banner of Christian Sports Organization Jammu, Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu, Christian Fellowship Trust Jammu and supported by Diocese of Jammu. The objective of the championship is to involve the youths in sports so that they may not involve in drugs and the slogan is "Be Healthy- Don't Do Drugs" The Championship is being organized under the supervision of Dr. SD Singh Jamwal IGP Jammu and Fr. Kuriakose Chairmanship CSO whereas the event conduct committee includes SSP Rajesh Sharma, SSP Ramesh Kotwal, SP Amritpal Singh, Rajesh Gill Chief Prosecuting Officer, lazar Kandayara, Johnson Gill, Festus Sotra, Victor Sotra, Asif Gill, David Mattoo, William Mattoo, Sudhir Singh, Sunil Sambyal, Anand Tripathi, Sahil Sharma and Sunny Gill. The Sponsors of the championship are Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu, South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, Canara Bank, Vivo and M/S Horizon Group of Industries. In todays' first Quarter final match Naresh Kashyap, Chief Manager Canara Bank Jammu was the Chief Guest while Fr. Kuriakose Chairman Christian Sports Org., and Arun Kumar Gupta Special Assistant were the special guests who were introduced with the participating teams and they conveyed their best wishes to the participating players for their matches and career in future. |
