| Sikh organizations hail court' decision for imprisonment to Sajan Kumar | | |

Jammu, Dec 17: An emergency meeting of various Sikh organization of J&K was held under the chairmanship of S. Sudershan Singh Wazir, Chairman J&K Sikh United Front including Sharomani Akali Dal J&K, Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Sewa Society, AISSF, Sikh Naujawan Sabha members of DGPC Jammu to hail the decision of Delhi High Court for life imprisonment to Sajan Kumar congress leader found culprit in Delhi Sikh massacre in 1984 after assassination of Indira Gandhi. The participants also condemned and criticized Rahul Gandhi National Congress President for nominating Kamal Nath as a Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh who was also involved in murder of many innocent Sikhs in Delhi after Indira Gandhi assassination by her own security guards.
The participant strongly demanded from Union Govt. of India to book Kamal Nath under article 302 to provide the justice after 34 years to Sikh community. The Sikh leaders demanded arrest the culprits who were involved in murder of Sikhs in Talwara at Reasi District in 1984 and the culprits of 13 Jan 1989 when 14 innocent Sikhs were killed in Jammu during Nagar Kirtan. The Sikh leaders said that the community has not get justice as the culprits are moving freely. They said that Sikh community in India has sacrifices and laid down their lives for the sake of the country and it is very unfortunate that they have not given justice so far. |
