Jammu, Dec 22: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) performed it's 241st Saturday Series Dogri Musical Play "Jai Duggar - Jai Dogri" today in collaboration with, Sangam Tru Art Production and National college of computer education Jammu at its office Compound Durga Bhawan Disco More Janipur Jammu.
The Play was written and Directed by M L Dogra, renowned Writer and Director. The Program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr.Tara Singh Charak, former deputy director, health department J&K.
Among the Guest of Honors were V K Magotra Former Regional Director, of Directorate of Field Publicity, Government of India, J K Raina, Producer, Director Films, J K Koul (Bezan), Chief Patron J&K Bhoomi Human Welfare Society, Dr. Anju Dogra, Health Department, J&K Government.
The Programme was commenced with the songs were" Sara duggar desh Mahan", " Khand mithe log Dogre", Desh Sadra Dogra Te Mithi Ae Dogri Juban" , 'Boliyan De Kande Laga Jobne Da Mela', 'Gali Gali aur gaon mai leher hun ek ayi gyi' & the music of the play composed by renowned music teacher Raju Bajgal.
The chief guest highlighted the struggle of Dogra's and renowned artist of Doordarshan , Radio, cultural academy, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan, for Dogri language and strongly advocated for launch Duggar channel by Doordarshan for promotion of Duggar culture of Jammu region & to counter propaganda by Pakistan against India. |
