| Kishtwar police recovered abducted minor girl, accused arrested | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Jan 12: Police have recovered an abducted minor girl and arrested the person involved in her kidnapping.
On the basis of the complaint received at Police Station Kishtwar on December 15 lat from the father of abducted minor girl against one imtiyaz Ahmed son of Abdul Gani Shah of Patimhal Palmer and others for conspiring to kidnap his minor daughter register an information vide case FIR No. 312/2018 under section 363 at PS Kishtwar beside an investigation was taken up to trace the kidnapped girl.
During investigation, special teams were constituted by DySP HQ Kishtwar Ayaz Sheikh on directions of SSP Kishtwar Rajinder Gupta for apprehending accused person and for recovery of minor girl .The team led by SHO PS Kishtwar Farooq Khateeb conducted series of raids in Palmer, Dedpath and Kishtwar town. The team eventually managed to recover the minor girl from accused, who has been arrested.
After the arrest of the accused, further investigation is going on to ascertain the facts behind the crime and involvement of any other person if any. |
