Congress, NC responsible for all miseries of state: Lal Singh
3/30/2019 11:40:53 PM

Early Times Report
MENDHAR, Mar 30: Chaudhary Lal Singh while addressing the series of election rallies at Manjakot, Biji, Mendhar and Poonch, in favor of his party DSSP attacked both NC and Congress and said that the main leaders of these parties both Pandit Nehru and Sheikh are responsible for the present sorry state of affairs of this region.
"It was out of malice and bias against the then Maharaja Hari Singh, that army was not made available to protect the state from plunder, arson and public massacres despite repeated request to the then PM Pt. Nehru. It was due to Kashmiri relationship between Nehru and Sheikh that Maharaja was given the lifelong exile from the state just to ensure the power to Sheikh Abdullah," said Singh.
Singh said that it is unfortunate that the scion of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji is fighting the election on the ticket of Congress. It was a deep-rooted conspiracy by both these leaders that the major chunk of area belonging to Jammu region, which the Indian Army has taken possession of, was left at the mercy of the enemy which caused huge loss both human life and its property.
