Security forces busted a suspected militant hideout in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on friday morning.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint search operation was conducted by SOG Doda and Indian Army 4RR unit in Chilly Bala area of Bhalessa division. During the search operation recovered arms and ammunition material, SP Ops Doda said.
They busted a militant hideout from a Dhokas and house, recovered a total number of 65 AK47 rounds, One SLR round, One Motorala Radio set, Batteries besides parts of Ak47 and 12-bore gun.
The whole operation was launched under the supervision of SP Ops Doda on the direction of SSP Doda among other included team of Rashtriya Rifles, Gandoh police station.
In this regard, case has been registered at Police station Gandoh under section 7/25 Arms act and further investigation is going on, officials said. |
