| KMU urges to start work on PMGSY Suran Mendhar road | | |
Mendhar, June 7: Kissan Mazdooor Union (KMU) has threatened to launched an agitation if the concerned agency would fail to start work on Mendhar-Suran road.
"An amount of Rs 23.94 crore was allotted for Suran Mendhar road for its widening and blacktoping in the year 2013 but the work is still incomplete", Majid Khan Bobby president of Union said.
He further said we have made a number of complaints to the officers of our District and Mendhar administration to start the pending work but no progress has been made so far. He further said now people have decided to lodge a protest against the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir and his advisors for their failure to run public affairs work smoothly in Mendhar. |
