Devotional song on Mela Kheer Bhawani released 6/7/2019 11:26:08 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 7: Athrot Charitable, Socio Cultural Society released Mela Kheer Bhawani song written by Kanwal Peshin music by Ravi Dhar and sung by Sunita Bhan is about the historical background of the day which is being celebrated this year on 10th June 2019, nearly 60,000 yatries are expected to attend prayers at Tulmulla, earlier it used to be a big festival before migration as devotees used to throng the temple well in advance and after displacement people across the globe now use to come and attend prayers at this holy place. Mela Kheer Bhawani is a prominent and most famous day for Kashmiri Pandits, it is celebrated on Zesht Mass Ashtami, it is believed that Mata Ragnya was born on this day, & Mata migrated from Lanka to Kashmir after Ravana developed ego and Mata ordered Hanuman during Ramayana period when Sita was in Lanka to take her to a peaceful and Paviter place so Hanuman ji took her to Kashmir, Mata has been to many places in Kashmir beginning from Manzgam, Logripora, and finally reached Tikker Raithan and Tulmulla, the later one is more prominent than other places and in early times devotees used to reach Tulmulla via boats, a temple in a spring with a color changing water to show the impacts of country has been more attraction throughout the years.
