The issue of Laboratory bearers promoted as Lab Assistants, Class IV to Junior Assistants and Lab Assistants to Teachers working in their own pay and grades was also raised with the request of their regularization as per their counterparts in Kashmir while it was also urged to take up promotion of class IV to the next cadre at an earliest.
Director School Education gave a patient hearing and assured the delegation that the salary of three months in favour of Masters known as Head Teachers working under SSA upgraded Middle schools will be released in the next week. She further assured that the work on some of the other demands has already started and will be resolved in a shortest possible time.
