Shah's debut is threat to militants
Omkar Dattatray6/8/2019 11:47:32 PM
Now that the new government that is the council of ministers has been formed and all are passionately waiting to see how they will start the new innings. But with the change in ministries and induction of Amit Shah as a new Home Minister, all eyes are set on him and the new government. Shah's median entry into the cabinet is perceived as a well thought out plan to take on the monster of terrorism by horns and this work could be well done by Amit Shah only. The new incumbent of the home ministry is the real threat to the militants, terrorists and secessionists and is in fact a doom for militancy. Thus the debut of Amit Shah into the cabinet is seen as an effort by the BJP to handle the security scenario of J&K which is the priority number one of the new government as per Amit Shah. Just after assuming office Amit Shah has convened a meeting of his ministry in which MOS Home, senior officers of home ministry, the heads of intelligence bureau, RAW, governor of J&K and the army heads took part. Kashmir and militancy was discussed thread bear in the meeting as priority and J&K governor Satya Pal Mallik has briefed the home minister about the security situation in J&K. It shows how much is the home minister concerned about the security scenario of J&K. Amit Shah is known for his hard decisions and of keeping his decisions secret till the time they are put in force and these qualities of the incumbent home minister are enough to tackle the problem of militancy which has spoiled Kashmir like a termite. The home minister will catch the bull of militancy in Kashmir by horns and he will be very hard with the militants but friendly and soft with the common people. It will be seen how the new home minister performs in the coming days. He has taken charge of the much important ministry and it seems that he will take on the militancy with an iron hand being the hard task master. Amit Shah is the trusted lieutenant of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he is going to prove his mettle as the union home minister. He in fact will give a death kneel to the militancy and terrorism. No soft approach will be shown to militants and terrorists. Amit Shah's placement as home minister sounds doom for militancy as he is perceived to be hard in taking decisions and will be hard with militants and other anti social elements and this is a matter of great satisfaction for the common man. It is expected that the internal security of the country will be improved in the coming days and that is the reason that there have been changes in the earlier portfolios of the ministers. Amit Shah is a hard nut to crack and he will give a great set back to Kashmir militancy and radicalization and there are no two opinions about this. So with the induction of Amit Shah as the new home minister insurgency and terror will be dealt with an iron hand. In fact, the leadership change in the high profile ministry is expected to usher in a certain decisiveness and iron handed approach to terror, insurgency and secessionism in J&K and Nexalite movement in some other part of the country. Shah through his career has come forth as a hard core nationalist unflinching in his pursuit of whatever he perceived as crucial to national security. With BJP chief Amit Shah, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's most trusted lieutenant getting charge of the significant home portfolio, seamless coordination and synergy can be expected between the PMO and his ministry on internal security and other key policy matters. In his first stint in Modi's government, he will strive to live up to his core beliefs not just because he is not known to back track, but also because his new role will be crucial for his future career trajectory. Shah's predecessor Raj Nath Singh also subscribed to nationalistic views. But the two are still different. Shah is unlikely to be squeamish about resorting to a more unsparing approach where ideological ends are concerned. Amit Shah is the de-facto No. 2 in the Narendra Modi's second innings. The fact is who led the BJP to a magnificent national election victory was made the home minister in the Narendra Modi's new government and his very name and style of functioning will demoralize the militants and the terrorists and that is one of the reasons of his elevation to the post of home minister and he is now number 2 in the Modi dispensation. He is expected to break the bone of militancy in J&K and elsewhere in the country. BJP Chief Amit Shah for years the closest confident and chief strategist of Prime Minister became the home minister in Modi's second term and this itself is the bad news for the militants, their sympathizers and over ground workers. It is in fact a stern warning and message to the militants, extremists and terrorists that there will be zero tolerance for militancy. The incumbent BJP Chief who was sworn as the cabinet minister and given the portfolio of Home will sound doom for militants, terrorist and the separatists. Often called Chanakya due to his political understanding, he will prove to be great bane to terrorists and militants and he is expected to take on the militancy with firmness. He will not only be strict with militants but will be very hard with their sympathizers as well. The BJP president Amit Shah on Saturday took charge as Union Home Minister, two days after he was sworn in following a landslide victory of the Saffron Party led NDA. Amit Anil Chandra Shah, the current home minister will be very tough with militants, terrorists, secessionists and their over ground workers and sympathizers and this will amount to a death Kneel to militancy and thus it seems that the militancy will be in its last years with Amit Shah at the home portfolio. Modi government needs a new strategy for dealing with J&K situation. Now it will be seen as to how will the new home minister deal with the three decade old militancy and terrorism in J&K and the Nexalite movement in the other states of India. But all are agreed on the fact that Amit Shah will give a serious blow to militancy as he is staunch nationalist and hard task master and will not tolerate militancy which is eating into the vitals of our nation.
