Samba, June 16: District Police Samba has solved a burglary case registered at Police Station Samba with the arrest of three thieves and recovered the stolen items.
According Police spokesman, the June 10, a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Samba by two persons namely Suresh son Naval Kishore and Nath Ram son of Parbhat both, resident Rajasthan presently Barian, Supwal, Samba stating therein that during the intervening night of 29/30.05.2019, some unknown burglars strike in their house and decamped with three mobile phones and cash. Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR No. 119/2019 U/S 457/380 RPC was registered at P/S Samba and investigation started. On the directions of Dr Koshal Sharma SSP Samba, a special team of PP Supwal headed by SI Tariq Ahmed, I/C PP Supwal was constituted to work out the said case. During course of investigation, the Police team had rounded up several suspects and finally succeeded in arresting the three thieves involved in the said burglary case. The accused persons have been identified as Ram Kumar, Surinder Sharma and Kishore Sharma trio resident of Reasi who have confessed their involvement in execution of crime and stolen three mobiles were recovered. During sustained interrogation six more Mobile phones and one LED TV were also recovered on their disclosure. Further questioning of the accused persons is going on to ascertain their involvement in other theft cases. |
