| Kidnapped girl found in Bhaderwah, Kidnapper held | | |

DODA, June 22: Police claimed to have arrested a kidnapper who kidnapped a girl from Chinyas Gandoh four days back. Acting on kidnapping complaint, the Police Station Bhaderwah headed by SHO Hasan Kamal raided the house of Ishaq Ganie at village Jai (Bhaderwah) and taken person Mukhtiar Ahmed into custody along with his fiancee Samreena Banoo Daughter of Mohd Ashraf Butt resident of Chinyas, Gandoh.
The duo came by foot through Jai-Gandoh route and reached Bhaderwah on 20th evening, where they stayed in the house of Ishaq Ganie with her maternal brother Mohd Yaseen Son of Shamasdin resident of Chinyas who is working as Painter in Bhaderwah town from last five years, SHO Bhaderwah Hasan Kamal said.
SHO told that, kidnapper Mukhtiar Ahmed arranged Molvi Shabir Ahmad of Nashri Masjid telephonically who was basically from Gandoh and all the arrangements were finalized to solemnized the Nikkah Saturday evening when the police raided the tenant.
Later, Abductee Samreena Banoo and her Paramour Mukhtiar Ahmad handed over to Police Station Gandoh on Friday evening for further procedure. |
