Early Times Report
Kishtwar, June 22: In a brazen violation of rules a regulation, a 12th pass RRET teacher from Inderwal Education Zone of Kishtwar district has been selected as CRP/ZRP, the post reserved for a teacher having graduation or above.
As per the details available with "Early Times", the brazen violation in the selection process of CRP/ZRP of 12th pass teacher is totally against the norms of government order wherein minimum criteria for nomination of CRP is a bachelor's degree with minimum two years of teaching experience.
For ZRP, qualification needed is bachelor's with minimum five years of teaching experience with possible designation as master, lecturer.
But the list which was issued by Director School Education Jammu vide order no:-DSEJ57575-84, dated 18-12-2018 is violated in case of Kishtwar district in which a teacher of Inderwal Education Zone has been selected at serial No. 10 (Siraj Ud Din) with KEF ID No. KIW022.
According to the employees of Education department, same is in violation of the set norms as it is clearly written in the order that that there is no eligibility for 10+2 and the candidates who have previously served as CRPs and ZRPs may not be nominated and hence bared from applying for these posts.
They said that there are many candidates who have already served as CRP and ZRP whose name is in the selection list which is against the norms and added that beside this identified case of violation in selection process their apprehension is that there might be other candidates in the final selection list having 10+2 qualification and have got selected.
They called for immediate scrutiny of the selected list and inclusion of the genuine candidates in the final selection list. They said they will fight against this injustice in case the candidates selected as CRP/ZRP in violation of the rules are not be dropped.
