Doda, July 18: In order to ensure the punctuality of officers/officials and proper handling of disciplinary proceedings if any against the employees of district administration, DDC Doda,Dr Sagar D Doifode in reference to the cabinet order no 524 dated 18-09-1976 and circular no. 36-GAD of 2019 dated 01-07-2019, issued a order for all the employees across the district.
The order issued by DDC reads that,whereas it has been found that the district officers are either leaving the district without the permission of DDC/DC or with the permission of their HOD's without seeking the prior station leave permission from DDC/DC which creates in discipline in the official working and the public is also suffering on this account for timely disposal of their routine work.
Whereas,it has also been observed that the officers generally fail to decide/dispose off the disciplinary proceedings against the officer's/officials subordinate to them in a time bound manner.
In view of the above and in order to maintain official discipline in the district offices,a committee of Officers/ officials is hereby constituted to maintain the record of all kind of leaves, besides disciplinary proceedings files of officers/officials for smooth and prompt disposal of the cases pending against the officer's and officials in a time bound manner.
The name of the committee members are Sumit Sharma, AO DC office Doda, Javed Iqbal Natnoo AAO Mechanical division Doda, Romesh Sharma Mohsib DC office Doda, Tazeem Hamid office patwari DC office and Waseem Raja Jr Assistant DC office Doda. |
