Civil Society members hold discussion on Reorganisation of J&K

Jammu, Aug 12: JPPF Civil society members met to discuss latest developments took place in J&K and the Reorganisation bill 2019, at the very outset all members extended their heartiest congratulations to the Union Government for abrogation of Article 370.
The members in one voice said that the move of Union Government gave a sigh of relief to many victims of article 370 for the last seven decades ie refugees, balmikis, and the people of rest of the country to establish their industrial as well as business houses which ultimately will contribute for the development of our state.
"Every aspect effecting the people of J&K in general and Jammu province in particular were taken into consideration and thread bare discussion was held and the members were of the opinion that downgrading of state is not acceptable but keeping in the mind broader interest of the country we think that as assured by the Home minister that the moment situation of J&K improves the status will be restored we all are hopeful for the same at the earliest", they said.
Members who addressed and participated were Paviter Singh (President JPPF), M S Katoch (Working President), Inderjit Khajuria (Chairman AJHALA), Kamal Singh Jat Sabha, Uday Chand President DPP, Pritam Sharma Kranti Dal, K B Jandial, Harbans Nagoke Sr Journalist, M L Sharma, Avinash Bhatia, Resham Singh, Pratap Singh, Pawan Sharma, Charanjit, S Gurmiit Singh, Ram Ratan Sharama and Surinder Veer.
