DODA, Oct 10: Deputy Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode, who is also the chairman of Vidyayala Management Committee of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyala (JNV) Arnora Ghat, convened a meeting with members of VMC, JNV Arnora Ghat, Doda here today.
The meeting had threadbare discussion on various issues regarding functioning of the institute like adequate arrangement of potable drinking water facility, timely completion of water pipe scheme, construction of internal footpaths, installation of Solar lights in JNV campus, requirement of additional dormitories and electric poles, installation of 25 KV DG set, holding of Medical camps and plantation drive in the Vidyalaya. Besides, financial status of the institution was also reviewed in the meeting.
The objectives of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti towards establishment of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Arnora Ghat and its achievements since its inception with respect to academics, sports and cultural activities were highlighted in the meeting.
DC took stock of issues of JNV and assured that all these would be looked into for consideration and redressal thereof.
Among others present in the meeting were ADDC, Imam Din, Principal JNV Arnora Ghat, Ravinder Kumar, SMT, Ram Kumar, PTC members and other members of VMC. |
