| 'Honest' BJP leader under scan after Noorabadi's name surface in KVIB scam | | |

JAMMU, Oct 12: An honest BJP leader is under scanner after name of former Deputy Chief Minister's PRO name was surfaced in the infamous KVIB recruitment scam in which close relatives of politicians were appointed by violating all rules and regulations.
Inquiry conducted by the CID department has pointed out that one Mushtaq Ahmad Malik @ Mushtaq Noorabadi, R/o Khur Batapora, DH Pora, Kulgam, putting up in Hotel accommodation at Rajbagh, Srinagar, who was PRO to ex-Dy CM, had contacted the candidates and asked for Rs. Five Lacs each for appointment in said department. Similar instances were reported from other places as well.
Credible sources within BJP said that Mushtaq Noorabadi was appointed as PRO with the then Deputy Chief Minister on the direction of honest BJP leader who has virtually hijacked the whole party. The said BJP leader claimed to the very honest and has dedicated his life to the 'Rashtra' but he is projecting corrupt and dishonest leader.
Credible sources said that doubtful credentials of Mushtaq Noorabadi was brought to the notice of honest BJP leader but he refused to listen to any advise. The said BJP leader was very particular to appoint Noorabadi with the then Deputy Chief Minister who was not interested to appoint a person with doubtful credentials as his PRO.
Credible sources said that KVIB is just a tip of iceberg, Noorabadi was allegedly involved into many other misdeeds because he has patronage of that honest leader who had got him (Noorabadi) appointed as PRO of the former Deputy Chief Minister to serve the 'Sangathan'.
Credible sources said this honest BJP leader has virtually hijacked the whole party and he is looking after all affairs including finance of the party. |
