Jammu Sanskriti School organizes "Me & My Buddy" Competition

Kathua, Oct 19: Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua organized a special way to celebrate the sparkling festival of Diwali by organizing "Me & My Buddy" Competition with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students of our school invited their friends of other prestigious schools to participate in different categories in the events namely Card Making (Diwali Greetings) for class 4th, Diya Making Competition for class 5th, Pooja Thali Decoration Competition for Class 5th, Rangoli Making Competition for Classes 6th and 7th, Best out of Waste for Classes 6th and 7th while for Classes 8th and 9th there was Flameless Cooking (Sweet Dish) and Poster Making on the theme "Eco Friendly Diwali". The Chief Guest and Guest of honor for 'Me and My Buddy Competition' were Mr. Ravinder Singh Salathia (President of Press Club Kathua) and Dr. Vishakha Sharma (Principal Army Public School Janglote) respectively. Mili R. Sumbria Principal Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua thanked the esteemed dignitaries for their benevolent presence, management and parent jury members for their unconditional support and co-operation. She extended a special thanks to the media fraternity for their exclusive coverage of this respective event. She also validated the students for their sincere efforts and thanked them. A Pre Diwali celebration with caring and sharing moments instead of using crackers was the aim behind the event. This type of event helps to make strong bond of brotherhood in the society.
