Prof Gupta to dispel impression about J&K

Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 29: Former Minister Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta has emphasized the need to dispel the impression that the Valley of Kashmir alone is the entire State of J&K as is being projected by certain vested interests.
According to press release, Prof. Gupta in his statement said that the troubled Valley is just about 1/8th of the entire State and in the valley too, all people are not separatists or semi-separatists who are creating a hell of the situation under communal and other corneous considerations.
The recent election to the Block Development Councils about 98 percent panch's and Sarpanch's cast their votes despite boycott call by such outfits. The major problem is the aggressive designs of theocratic State of Pakistan indulging in cross border terror and making the life miserable.
The Jehadi approach and radicalism have caused great harm to the mankind. The minorities in Pak occupied areas formed over 30 percent before the aggression by theocratic Pakistan in 1947 have been totally eliminated. After the cleanse of minorities in PoK, their next target was the Valley of Kashmir. The radicals on onset of the proxy war forced the exodus of minorities from the Valley to the extent that over five lakh Kashmiris have come to be refugees within their own Country, he added and questioned the secular credentials of those who still talk for autonomy and Azadi.
Prof. Gupta hailed the abrogation of controversial Article 370 and observed that this existed in the statue book for seven decades despite being temporary.
