Jammu, Nov 5: Shrine Board Employees Union held press conference in Jammu in which-union President Raj Kumar, General Secretary, Parshotam Singh, Diwan Chand, President, SKC, Union were present. He said that board is doing the work which was earlier done by OSD and Addl. CEO. Now days the same work is given to 10 officers. The pressure of work is given to small staff.
The workers who lighten the name of the board in the world, those workers who do their job honestly by which board earn millions and when they say about their welfare is done and board threaten them. On 21 June 2018 the Board Union held a strike about some pending issues, that time board given a written assurance that they will fulfill these demand within 3 months but 1 and half years has passed and board only published circular by which workers don't get any profit. In this year also we publish a notice for strike on 06 August but we withdraw our strike die to situation arise by Central Government decision of abolition of Article 370. Now we also give a warning to board that if our demands were not fulfilled fastly then we will do strike. And the room's which were given rent to the worker by the board instantly double their house rent. But doing this they give pressure to the staff and the staff are very furious. |
