JAMMU, Dec 16: Vice Chancellors of SKUAST Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. KS Risam and Dr. Nazir Ahmad, today called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, KK Sharma at the Civil Secretariat here today.
The VCs discussed several issues related to augmentation of human resource and infrastructure in their respective universities besides introduction of several new subjects and faculties was also deliberated upon.
They sought intervention of government in addressing the projected issues so that the universities can impart new subjects to the researchers and the students who can then contribute effectively in the research and innovative fields.
The Advisor assured the VCs that these issues will be looked into and redressed in a time bound manner. |
