Prominent petrol pump in Kishtwar continue to supply adulterated fuel

Jammu, Dec 16: The prominent petrol pump in Kishtwar continue to supply adulterated fuel to its customers as a result of which several vehicles suffered damages and goes through trauma of Engine seizure-whoever using his influence and money power the petrol pump owners manage to evade action. As per the details available with "Early Times", in a fresh case of supply of adulterated fuel to its customers, the vehicle of the brother of political stalwart from Kishtwar got effected as a result of which his vehicle suffered massive damages to the machinery including engine seizure forcing the owner to approach the local police after the local mechanical engineer inform him about adulteration of the fuel as main cause of the collapsing of the vehicle machinery since the fuel contain water contents as well.
As soon as the issue reach out at the door step of the police, the owner of the petrol pump who is habitual of trickling with the machinery that supplies poured less fuel in the vehicle tank against the actual quantity of the fuel and was even fined for this few years ago - personally approach the vehicle owner and offered him that they will pay all the charges for repairing the vehicle and the damages suffered to the vehicle to avoid legal battle since the opposite party is highly influential.
The petrol pump owner immediately stop the supply of adulterated diesel from his petrol pump tpo avoid further humiliation.
The petrol pump owner was also accused charging for the fuel in excess of the capacity of the fuel tank of the vehicle.
When the matter was brought into the notice of senior officials at the helm of affairs in Kishtwar District, the senior officials assured action in this regard-however no case has been registered against the petrol pump owner till the filling of this news report on the bases of the ground that no written complaint against the petrol pump owner has been filled by the vehicle owner-however the local advocate inform the early times that the case is fit for suo moto action against the petrol pump owner whose petrol pump must be sealed following the incident even though no formal complaint has been filled by the vehicle owner.
