Sodhi hails train facility from Jammu to Chandigarh

Jammu, Dec 16: Ishwar Sodhi, Executive Member J&K Intellectual Civil Society, New Delhi expressed heartiest thanks to Minister for Railways, Piyush Goel for sanctioning a new train service from Jammu to Chandigarh Via Amritsar which will not only provide relief to the people of Jammu, Chandigarh and Amritsar areas but will also boosts interstate rail connectivity. This will also meet the long pending demand of the local people. Executive Member of the Civil Society also stated that it will give a high relief not only to the people of Jammu, Chandigarh and Amritsar areas but also to the tourists who used to pay their visits in these areas and spent hefty amount and faced inconvenience in the past will now save money, time and inconvenience faced by them.
Sodhi, further stated that the new train will also benefit not only to the tourists but will also benefit the people who can easily visit and pay respect at Golden Temple (Darbar Sahib) and have blessings but also to the students who can attend all the above said places for attending Interviews, Examinations etc. whenever required and also visit at PGI Chandigarh whenever required for the treatment of their patients. However, the major benefit will be the traders who can increased their activities in the above said areas for publicity of their products and other items for sale / purchased.
