| CTA delegation call on Secretary Hr Education | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 17: A delegation of College Teacher Association (CTA) Jammu today called on Secretary to government Higher Education department Talat Parvez Rohella and discussed their issues.
The delegation was led by president of CTA Dr. Rakesh Jasrotia. The delegation brought into the notice of various issues including: probation clearance, salary of the assistant professors without sanction posts, pending placement cases and regarding seeking permission for appearing in interviews in various universities through proper channel respectively.
The secretary Higher education gave a patient hearing and congratulated the newly elected president and assured that all the issues related to teaching community will be redressal soon positively.
Apart, from that the long pending issue of Ph.D/ M.Phill advance increments during the placement of newly appointed Assistant Professors in the Higher Education Department which was also brought into the notice of Finance Department which was assured to be redressal soon. |
