Ch Manmohan Singh holds public meeting

Jammu, Jan 6: Ch. Manmohan Singh President All India Jat Mahasabha J&K, along with his team attended a public meeting held at Tehsil Akhnoor, which was attended by people in hundreds.
The residents welcomed him and his team with floral garlands and were very glad to have Ch.Manmohan Singh among them.
They spoke to him of their issues, and highlighted several other concerns they were having.
Ch.Manmohan Singh asked the residents to form committees at village level and these committees should meet every Jat biradari member at ground level and try to apprise them of initiatives and concerns. People should come forward with their issues to this committee and thus the Jat leadership at state level will try to help them with their concerns.
On the request of the residents, a committee was unanimously formed, working under the chairmanship of Ch Jung Bhadur, with Kuldeep Kour as President, Ch Surinder VP, Ch.Rattan.VP, Ch Ajeet Singh VP,Ch Jaswant Singh Gen. Sec, Ch Sukhdev Singh. Joint sec, Ch Romesh Singh Joint sec, Ch Kulbir Singh joint sec, Ch Jatinder Singh joint sec, Ch Amar Singh cashier, Ch Deepak Singh Press and publicity. Ch.Manmohan Singh congratulated the committee and asked them to take this responsibility very seriously.
Ch.Manmohan Singh said that by visiting places where Jats reside, or even a single Jat family resides, he is trying to connect all the Jats of J&K with each other. When united we people will be strong and in our strength lies the courage to face and deal with our issues. For this all of us should maintain communication with other members of our biradari.
And here, these committees will play a pivotal role in maintaining communication with our biradari members living in far flung areas. Ch.Manmohan Singh asked the committees to reach out every family and bring their issues to his notice so that he and his team can raise these concerns with the respective authorities. He also asked them to take care of the concerns of other biradari's members living around them.
