| AIBCU hails death warrant to rapists in Nirbhaya case | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 8: All India Backward Classes Union welcomed the decision of fast track court to hang all the four rapists in Nirbhaya case in a meeting held under the leadership of its president Abdul Majid Malik.
All the members expressed satisfaction over the court decision and said " This court decision to hang the rapists " would work like a warning to all such criminals. This decision is the win of the whole country people who were always on the roads for the Nirbhaya justice. Many female social workers too were fighting for the justice to all the daughters who were maligned in such cases in which their modesty were exposed, their careers were spoiled in the society.
All the speakers and participants where expressed over the death sentence to all the four rapists but lamented over the lengthy procedure which took seven years to conclude the case . No doubt the justice is not denied but to wait for seven years for such a crime even through the fast track court does not go down through the throats of the people. BJP Govt failed to make law to punish the rapists within the shortest period of time which should in no way be more than a month.
