On 2nd consecutive day, the commuters in Kupwara town had to face tremendous inconvenience as the authorities here have failed to clear snow from lanes, bylanes even on main roads. Vehicular connectivity in several Kupwara areas remained affected for the 2nd consecutive day Monday, with concerned administrations miserably failing to clear snow from main roads.
However, reports said that men and machinery were pressed in few areas to clear main roads. Residents of North Kashmir's Kupwara district including Kupwara Town, Lolab, Hyhama, Kralpora, Dahama, Shaloora, Trumnad, Budnambal, Chokibal, Kachama and other areas of this frontier district complained that the district administration has failed to clear snow from main roads, let alone interiors.
