Samba, Jan 23: NetaJi Academy Vijaypur celebrated NetajiSubashChander Bose's birthday cum parents day to inculcate the spirit of patriotism and sacrifice among the people, particularly among the students. Revered Surender Singh Rathore, Commandant 173 BN BSE, Samba was the Chief guest and sh. D.S. Sambyal Dy. Commandant 173bn BSF and S.Fateh Singh principal H.S.S Vijaypur was the guest of honours. After flag Hoisting, the students of the school in their short speeches conveyed NetaJi's message of patriotism and sacrifice and had a pledge to follow his mission in life, then parade inspection , march past and P.T. displayed by 10 squads of boys and girls dressed in different uniforms added with hurt touching music, was an alive show of discipline and courage. A colourful cultural programme of action songs and skits on national integration, unity in diversity and patriotism was presented The chief Guest Revered Surender Singh Rathore, COMMANDANT 173 BN BSF, SAMBA addressing the thousands of audience , highly praised the programme and the achievements of the school. He spoke on Netaji's life and asked all to follow his (Netaji's) patriotism Director of the Institute AmritLal Gupta laid stress on the need of following NetaJi's message and discussed achievements of the school and thanked the audience for their co-operation and patiently witnessing the whole programme.
