Poor job card holder yet to get money against work done, money credited to 3rd party account

Jammu, Jan 24: Even though Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar has issued the directions to Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar and BDO Thakrie over a month ago with regard to release of payment on the name of a job card holder from Panchayat Keshwan B of Thakrie block in Kishtwar District, the officals at the helm of the affairs fail to address the issue of poor job card holder forcing the ADC Kishtwar who is also District vigilance officer for Kishtwar District to call the record for scrutiny.
As per the details available with Early Times, job card holder namely Mohammad Ayoob son of Subloo Hajam Resident of Nagni Keshwan has approach the office of DC Kishtwar in the month of December alledging that he had executed the work under MGNREGA Viz construction of Bridal Path at Hajam Mohallah, Cow Shed and Water Tank in last three financial years added that despite execution of all these works, he did not receive the payments for the same further added that the money has instead being credited to some other account holders. He said that he only received Rs. 12000 from the RDD department during all these years that too on account of construction of bathroom under SBM.
After giving patience hearing, DC Kishtwar directed ACD Kishtwar and BDO Thakrie to inquire into the matter following which directions were passed to concern BDO to get the issue address without any fail.
Despite clear cut directions from DC Kishtwar, the poor job card holder is still running from Piller to post to get the issue addressed.
After getting dejected from repeated pleas to concern GRS and VLW, he find no solace following which he today again approach the office of ADC Kishtwar praying for early redresser of the issue since he is facing financial problems to the run the family affairs beside had turn bankrupt.
After listening to the grievances of the poor job card holder and non compliance of DC Kishtwar,s Directions, ADC Kishtwar Pawan Kumar Parihar had issued directions for scrutiny of the MGNREGA records pertaining to the Panchayat Keshwan B and assured the job card holder for early redresser of his grievances.
