Imran Khan always sought war, not peace
UNGA platform to target PM Modi, RSS

EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Jan 26: The recent statement of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan that he had sought peace with India after assuming office has not impressed many people.
An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "It seems that Khan needs to be reminded that everyone across the globe is aware of the fact that he is not an elected Prime Minister but a selected one. The sham elections in Pakistan were stage managed by its Army and cricketer turned politician was installed as the head of the country." The analyst said that soon after Imran Khan took the charge, terror training camps in Pakistan occupied Kashmir were reactivated and he (Khan) started harping about Kashmir being an issue. "Imran Khan didn't seek peace. He just sought war and kept on threatening the world with the possible nuclear war breaking out between India and Pakistan," he added.
An observer said, "After facing defeats at all the fronts Pakistan Prime Minister is trying to create a notion that he is a peace lover and wants to improve the relations with India. What an irony!"
He said, "Khan used the platform of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) to launch personal attack on the Prime Minister NarendraModi and the RashtriyaSwayamsevakSangh (RSS). He parroted what his Army and spy agency ISI had taught him. Except peace he spoke about everything."
Another analyst said that the Government of India (GoI) has called the bluff of Pakistan by not succumbing under pressure. "The tactical shift in GoI's policy to deal with an iron hand with the terrorists and their supporters in Kashmir has left the neighbouring country guessing. Pakistan stooges active in the Valley have lost their addresses and they are trying to save their skin," he added.
The analyst said, "The tough stand taken by the Government of India and the possibility about Indian Army trampling the Line of Control to take control of Pakistan occupied Kashmir has created ripples within the Pakistan establishment."
He said that Khan is talking about peace as he knows that his Army is not capable of fighting a conventional war with the Indian Armed Forces. "He (Khan) is also aware of the fact that terror training camps across the LoC are under scanner and Indian Army is waiting for the orders to dismantle the terror infrastructure. Despite knowing the possible repercussions Pakistan continue to send in terrorists into Jammu & Kashmir. Imran Khan talking about peace is nothing but a mere eyewash."
