Congress befooled country for 50 years: AIBCU 1/31/2020 9:47:25 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 31: After independence congress party ruled the country continuously for about 50 years but never implemented the Indian constitution in the country. There was a ruling on the name of secularism, befooled the country but congress never tried to learn the meaning of secularism which is based on the constitutional rights. It (congress) always banked on the false propaganda of secularism. On 26th of November 2019 when Modi Govt was celebrating Constitutional Day, congress boycotted that celebration but held a dharna outside the parliament on the name of "Save Constitution". Country's OBCs now ask the so called congress top leaders that, what were the basis on which it did not grant constitutional rights to OBCs of the country inspite of the made promises and a provision for that under Art 340 the Indian constitution. Not only this, BJP always opposed the reservation policy since its inception. Former prime minister late V P Singh who granted some constitutional rights under the Mandal commission report ,were opposed by congress which otherwise had the responsibility to shoulder. Not only this BJP also tried its best to convert Mandal into Karmandal but as the case was dragged in the supreme court, Apex court's Judgment on mandal report up held the decision of V P Singh. So it is crystal clear that Congress takes the meaning of Save Constitution for its survival and not for the country which provides Liberty, Equality and Fraternity and so never implemented the indian constitution in the country. BJP too opposed implementation of Mandal Report as a opposition partner with the support of congress as both were on the same page. BJP in its 2014 elections came as an OBC PM face, promised to implement mandal report but did nothing except granting constitutional status to the National Commission for Backward Classes with no reservation benefits as Modi what to talk of new jobs, he failed to fill up the lacs of vacant posts.
