CDPO-ICDS Project Tangdar claims for implementation of court order in June

SRINAGAR, Feb 26: Despite its willingness the High Court order has not been implemented by CDPO ICDS Tangdar. The office has forwarded the list of the second appointee of Safai Karmchari for regularization, where as the previous Safai Karmchari still suffers.
Sources told Early Times that one can understand the frauds and irregularities of the Child Development Project Officer ICDS Project Tangdar, when they themselves issued an order of implementation of High Court J&K Srinagar.
The order reads that, implementation of Hon’ble High Court J&K Srinagar direction vide SWP NO: 653/2018.
“In view of the above court direction in case of Kaleeda Begum V/S State & Ors private respondent Mr Zahoor Ahmad Mir S/O Gh Rasool Mir. The both are hereby directed not to attend this office till the case is finalized from the Hon’ble High Court Srinagar,” reads an order vide no: CDPO/ICDS/Tng/18/43-44 dated 09-06-2018.
Sources said that, a lady namely Kaleeda Begum Safai Karmchari was directed not to visit to the office of the Child Development Project Officer ICDS Project Tangdar, till further orders, but if the case was so than how the officials at the CDP0-ICDS Tangdar forwarded a list of Adhoc/consolidated/contractual employees to the higher authorities.
However sources while quoting the list that was forwarded to the higher authorities for regularization vide no: DPO/ICDS/Kup/Esst/18/1033-34 dated 04/07/2018, in this list, the person’s name was mentioned with all other relevant particulars including of S.NO 29, Zahoor D.O.B 03.01.1984 R/O Khawapora, ICDS Project Tangdar Kupwara, date of appointment as 16-04-2012 as Safai Karamchari, vide order no: CDPO/ICDS/TNG/12/Esst/151-52 dated 16-04-2012.
“If it is not injustice with a poor family than can anybody tell us for God’s sake where a poor family deserves in this materialistic world, all the documents with us are proof of irregularities that has happened in the CDPO-ICDS Tangdar”, sources alleged. Sources while quoting the family members said that, a poor family has been left wonder they will fight for this injustice, even though if the case was not solved here, then they will approach the Supreme Court of India for justice. Meanwhile sources also said that, government of Jammu and Kashmir, State Mission Directorate, ICDS, J&K, vide order no: SMD/ICDS/Esst/Misc/62/35298-35452 dated 25-07-2019, directs all the District Programme Officer, ICDS. Kindly refer to the subject cited above. In this connection I am directed to request you to furnish all the case of employees, who are engaged on Adhoc/Consolidated/Contractual basis and have been not regularized till date along with requisite documents, reads an order.
Sources said that, earlier social welfare department sent a letter to the State Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, Srinagar vide no: SE/Esst/12/2009-ICDS dated 9.07.2019 that reads, regularization of Adhoc/Contractual/Consolidated salaried employees. “I am directed to invite your attention to this department’s letter of even number dated 28.06.2016 followed by chain of reminders regarding the captioned subject and to say that despite lapse of more than 3 years.., reads a letter of Social Welfare Department, Civil Secretariat J&K Srinagar.
