Govt reshuffles 9 KAS officers

Jammu, Mar 2 Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered reshuffle of nine Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) officers from their present place of postings.
As per official orders on March 2, Shakeel-ul-Rehman Rather, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Home Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Food Safety, J&K, against an available vacancy, M S Choudhary, KAS, CEO/Managing Director, State Procurement Supplies Agency, Rural Development Department, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Employment, J&K, against an available vacancy, Ajaz Abdullah Saraf, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, shall hold the charge of the post of CEO/Managing Director, State Procurement Supplies Agency, Rural Development Department, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Hashmat Ali Yatoo, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Handicrafts (S&E) Corporation, relieving Mussarat-ul-Islam, KAS, Director Handicrafts, J&K of the additional charge of the post, Sheikh Arshad Ayub, KAS, Special Secretary to the Chief Secretary, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K State Road Transport Corporation, relieving Owais Ahmed, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA of the additional charge of the post.
Ravinder Nath Sadhu, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, Rajesh Kumar Shavan, KAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Excise Commissioner, J&K, relieving Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K of the additional charge of the post. Ashok Kumar, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, shall hold the charge of the post of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, Nagendra Singh Jamwal, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar-Mansar, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
Gurvinderjeet Singh, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar-Mansar.
