Worries Cricket club lift Kishtwar Cosco ball T-15 tournament

KISHTWAR, Mar 8: In a low scoring match, Worriers Cricket club Kishtwar today beat Asrarya Cricket club by 52 runs in final of a Cosco ball T-15 tournament held at Chowgan ground Kishtwar.
As per the details available with Early Times, after winning the toss, Asrarya Cricket club put Warriors Cricket club to bat. The decision of asking Worriers to bat is due to wet wicket conditions.
In stipulated 15 over, the Worriers Cricket club manage to score on 106 runs and was all out before the completion of 15 overs. Sunny scores 27 runs while Sawan manage to score 22 runs and Burhan 19 runs. For Asrarya Cricket club Aqib, Rashid, Vishal Rana picked up 2 wickets each.
While chasing moderate target of 107 runs, Asrarya Cricket club collapsed like pack of cards by scoring only 54 runs with over three overs left in the game disappointing their fans since the tournament remain high scoring with teams scored over 200 runs in the tournament. For Worrier Cricket club, Fida Dev pick up four wickets while Sunny and Ashraf picked up two wickets each.
Dawood Abrar of Asrarya Cricket Club was adjudged as player of the tournament for his best batting display while Sunny has been declared as player of the match in today's final match for his all round performance.
The winner team was awarded with a trophy and Rs. 10000 cash while runner up has been awarded with a trophy and Rs.5000 cash.
Rashid Lone and Daleep Kumar officated the final match.
