KKHMS demands abolition of MPB M , 12- C forms 3/9/2020 9:35:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 9: Khatri Kashmiri Hindu Maha Sabha (KKHMS) urged upon the government to abolition MPB, M and 12- C forms, with the initiative of delimitation process , to confer political reservation of seven MLAs seats and one seat reserved each in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. President Er Ramesh Chander Mahajan, and also interacted with the Migrant voters, whenever democratic process started the govt is ignoring the hapless Kashmiri migrants and not reforming the election system for migrants, where as important issue are mentioned below it has been observed that hectic process of filling of MPB form for Kashmiri Migrants in the recent By- Election of vacant seats of panchayats election which were announced by the J&K Election Department in Feb 2020 and later Government withdrawn the announcement of panchayats election, but unfortunately again same policies are being adopted and deliberately imposed by the previous successive Govts since 1996. Hence there is nothing changed in this regard. There is lot of resentment amongst the Kashmiri migrants . Due to cumbersome process of filling of MPB, M and 12-C forms creating lot of hurdle in the democratic process and till date due to which bonafide voters are deprived of their constitutional right and Govt is not seriously considering this issue.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
