Murder case of lawyer: 2 accused arrested; stolen car, gold recovered

Jammu, Mar 9: Jammu Police has solved the sensational murder case of advocate Reyaz Ahmed Buchh of Greater Kailash by arresting both the accused allegedly involved in the murder case.
On the receipt of compliant, a case FIR No 27/2020 U/S 302/IPC was registered at PS and investigation started. During the course of investigation, on the directions of SSP Jammu a special team led by SHO Police Station, Gangyal along with SI Rohit Gandhi incharge Police Post Greater Kailash under the supervision of Ram Singh SDPO, City South and Vinay Sharma (KPS) SP City South.
During the course of investigation it came to light that one Sunil Kohli is also involved in the murder of Advocate Reyaz Ahmed Buchh. Accused persons Deepak Chouhan resident of Katokoni M.P., at present Gurha Bakshi Nagar, Jammu Sunil Kohli resident of Jhara Sadol, M.P. at present Thangar PulIi, Channi Himmat, Jammu were arrested after hectic efforts with active assistance of Chhattisgarh, Delhi and Punjab Police.
During the course of investigation it came to light that deceased was murdered by accused persons with common/criminal intention in order to commit theft when he was sleeping in his room. After committing the murder both the accused persons along with stolen car/jewellery/cash fled away in the car of the deceased. On this offence U/S 381/34/IPC were added accordingly. The accused persons were arrested and the murder case has been solved with strenuous efforts put forth by the special team so constituted under the overall supervision of SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil. Celerio car -JKO2BN-7865, gold and silver articles worth Rs 10 lacs has been recovered on the disclosure of the accused.
