Vijaypur, Mar 15: A meeting of District Samba Committee of Bhartiya Kissan Sangh was organised at village Swankha Tehsil Ramgarh District Samba under the chairmanship of Balbir Kumar – Jammu Province Organizer Secretray of Bhartia Kissan Sangh in which the panchayat members and farmers of Tehsil Ramgarh take participation. Balbir Kumar told the members regarding the programme which scheduled to be held on 29th March 2020 at Govt. Higher School, Samba (Samba Fort) in which Dinesh Kulkarani – Akhil Bhartiya Sangathan Mantri will be the chief guest. Balbir Kumar said, the origin of Bhartiya Kissan Sangh in J&K is new but Bhartiya Kissan Sangh is working in the other states of country since 1979. He told that the Bhartiya Kissan Sangh was founded by Shri Datto Pant Thengdi Ji. He highlighted the objectives and achievements of the Bhartiya Kissan Sangh in other states. He told that there is no organization in J&K UT which thinks for the kissan problems and in resultant the Kissan of J&K are facing insolvency and compelled to leave their traditional farming.
He further said that India is renowned as Krishi Pradan Desh we must encourage the Kissans but the past governments of J&K State did not paid any heed towards the problems of Kissan of J&K.
He further told that the main objectives of the Sangh is to solve the problems of farmers and aware them to use the high breaded seeds, organic seeds and modern technology so the economic position of kissans can be improved in J&K and save the human life from the ghost of chemical and intoxicant contents which give birth to chronic diseases.
