Sikh organizations appeals to follow extended lockdown

Jammu, Apr 15: A meeting of various Sikh organizations of J&K under the Chairmanship of S. Mohinder Singh Chief Organizer Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Seva Society J&K, Ex-Member DGPC Jammu and S. Darbinder Singh President Shiromani Akali Dal J&K and S. Kulwant Singh Khujaria Joint Secretary Shiromani Akali Dal J&K conducted telephonically, In which the issues confronting general public during the lockdown up to 3 May 2020 announced by Prime Minister of India Narinder Modi keeping in view the spread of coronavirus a pandemic diseases. The central committee of the Sikh organization appealed the public in general and particularly to the Sikh community to follow the lockdown in letter and spirit. The Sikh community is known for its sacrifices and services to the humanity, so any indiscipline and untoward happening create obstacles in their service to humanity. So well wishers of the humanity should stand with all those who are serving the humanity. Whether they are medical staff, belt force personal or other employees of essential services.
