Government should initiate steps to bring back stranded people: Ex MLC Subash Gupta

Kathua, April 26: Keeping in view the hardships being faced and other various reasons senior Congress leader Former MLC Subash Gupta today reiterated that the stranded labourers, students, business persons and employees stuck in different parts across the country and abroad must be brought back to state. Subash Gupta repeated that the labourers, students and other business class, who are still stranded in different Parts of the country due to lock down must be facilitated to return to their native places, on priority basis, as the delay in this process may lead to complicated problems. Subash Gupta further said, “He feels highly concerned about the plight of stranded people especially students, labourers etc in the country and abroad. Gupta emphasized the authorities to facilitate their return, as that, will only put an end to the speculation, and fear attributed to the safety of stranded people. “The delay in the process of bringing back stranded people to their native places is questionable, deserved to be addressed, at the earliest,” he retreated, adding that when other State Governments can bring back their people, why not J&K Administration adopts the same way in order to ensure that stranded people reach their homes.
