| J&K Bank Guard beats mercilessly a customer | | FIR registered, guard arrested | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 27: In very shocking incident the security guards posted at J&K Bank Sunderbani mercilessly beaten a customer on yesterday, Police has arrested the guards on basis of complaint registered by the victim and medical of the customer has been done, who visited the branch for withdrawal of money.
According to sources, one Harneek Singh son of Jarnail Singh resident of Marchola Sunderbani on Tuesday visited J&K Bank Sunderbani, but the guards on duty beaten him mercilessly with dozen of injuries and marks on his body. “Today on the basis of complaint of victim and medical report a case against trio Bank guards namely Sham Lal, Bansi Lal and Rashpal Kumar has been registered. A case FIR no 52/2020 under sections 341, 323, 504 has been registered against the accused persons”, sources said.
Jarnail Singh father of victim told Early Times that after the incident he met the Branch Manager J&K Bank, Sunderbani but he didnot responded in well manner. “Finally, we knock the door of Police for justice and Police has arrested accused persons”, he said, adding that it was not first incident, it is routine affairs in Bank.
“Staff at Banks don’t behave well with the customers, sometime they abuse you if you ask them for any help, a customer is considered as king of market, but in Banks, especially in Government own bank you will find something beyond the expectation”, he added.
