Jammu, Sept 1: Former State President BJP Sat Sharma termed the Gupkar agenda floated by handful of people as anti national and anti youth. He was addressing a public meeting at Wazir lane area of Ward 41 in Jammu West Assembly segment and hailed the pro public policies of Narendra Modi led Central Government for people of Jammu and Kashmir and. He was also accompanied by Corporator Sanjay Baru, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, District General Secretary Advocate Rajesh Gupta, local residents and political activists of the area.
The meeting was organized by the Development and Welfare committee of Friends Colony and Wazir lane under the chairmanship of Mohan Lal Mahajan.
The committee members highlighted the problems of their areas in front of BJP leader and also thanked him for the overall development done in the ward.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 is witnessing a different aspect of development which was not present for decades. He said bunch of so called leaders from Kashmir who are daydreaming and misleading public about restoration of the abrogated Article are playing with the sentiments of youth of J&K as well and these handful of Anti nationals do not want the unemployed in J&K to grab the upcoming opportunities which are in pipeline for the youth by PM Narendra Modi. He stated that people have realized that they were living a life of miseries before the abrogation of the Article and after it vanished, a new dawn of peace and development emerged in all spheres of Jammu and Kashmir. Sharma also thanked the committee members and residents for inviting him to listen to their grievances and assured them all will be taken up with the concerned authorities and will be executed as soon as possible.
Sanjay and Keshav stated that Jammu West has excelled a lot under the leadership of Former MLA Sat Sharma and it will keep flourishing with more paces in the upcoming times. They also thanked him for still taking up the pending issues of the locals with the concerned departments.
Ward President Ashok Wazir, Rakesh Duggal, Rajeev Bhardwaj, Jatin Sethi, Brijesh Gupta, Harbans Singh, Rajesh Thakur, Ravinder Manhas, Varinder Raina, Satyabhushan Dubey, Abhishek Sharma, Harish Dutta and several others were also present.
