| 1st phase of ambitious B2V3 concludes in 79 Panchayats of district Doda | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Oct 4: The first phase of the ambitious Back to Village 3 Programme culminated on a successful note in 79 panchayats of the district under the supervision of District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode.
On the third day, a slew of activities were conducted by the visiting officers along with the BDC Chairpersons, PRI members and locals of the Panchayats.
Mahila and Bal Sabhas were conducted in all 79 Panchayats where women and children actively participated and highlighted their demands. The demands projected were recorded by the visiting officers for sending the same to the concerned departments for follow up action.
The day also witnessed Griha Pravesh of PMAY beneficiaries in many Panchayats.
The house owners were presented gifts by the visiting officers.
The visiting officers along with PRI members and locals also inaugurated many works completed under different heads such as 14th FC, MGNREGA and B2V-1. They also laid the foundation stone of new works under B2V-2.
